Xyon is an New Zealand registered company designed to generate capital and income. Shareholding and membership is by invitation, and financial direction, risk and expenditure is determined by the opinions of the directors, overseen by the shareholders. This pools financial resources and knowledge, dilutes risks, while opening up more lucrative investment opportunities.

All company directives are based around a proposal and a pro-rata voting system determined by internal shareholding.  Members can log into the site on the right to see current business initiatives and investments.

Xyon has investments in the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZSX), managed funds, term deposits, international stock markets, and foreign exchange. In the future we will consider acting as venture capitalists.

Xyon is not currently recruiting new members nor actively seeking investment proposals.
